My husband and I met Sharon through sheer luck. We were looking to move to the Durham area (during the beginnings of the outbreak of covid) to be closer to family. We drove up from Charlotte and called the real estate agent of a house we'd been looking at online and asked if she could possibly show us the house. Sharon was friendly and accommodating and got us in for a look that afternoon. The house was not what we were looking for, but Sharon's knowledge of the area, interest in our home needs and general ease of manner were what we were looking for in a real estate agent. We never regretted working with her. When bumps in the road arose over our selling our home she offered good advice and never pressured us over the buying of our (eventual) Chapel Hill home. She's a true professional.
